The staff of John M. Stumbo Elementary believes that all students can learn, and accept the responsibility to provide a learning environment that will enable every student to reach his/her full potential in educational, social, physical, and emotional development.
 
VISION STATEMENT
John M. Stumbo Elementary envision a safe and hospitable learning environment that will stimulate and enrich the intellectual, physical, creative, emotional, and social de elopement of the child.  By focusing on the joy of learning for all students, staff, parents, and community that each may function as life long learners and contributing members of a complex and changing world.
